Mr. Bucket Cleaning provides residential, commercial, and end-of-lease cleaning services in Melbourne. The scope of each service is defined at the time of booking or via a written quote.
2. Bookings and Quotes
- All quotes are estimates based on the information provided by the customer.
- We reserve the right to adjust the price if the condition of the property is significantly different from described.
- Bookings are confirmed only once you receive a confirmation email or message from us.
3. Access to Property
The customer must provide access to the property at the scheduled time. This includes providing keys or ensuring someone is present to grant entry. If our team cannot access the property, a call-out fee may apply.
4. Cancellations
- Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may incur a cancellation fee.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
We pride ourselves on 100% satisfaction. If you are not happy with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will return to rectify the issue at no additional cost.
6. Liability
- Mr. Bucket Cleaning is fully insured. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage or wear and tear to the property.
- Customers should secure or remove extremely fragile or high-value items before the service.
7. Payment
Payment is required upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept various payment methods as detailed on your invoice.
8. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
